If you are letting go of a broken relationship, you know how difficult it can be to say goodbye. As difficult as it is, letting go of a broken relationship is still something that you must do. The good news is that just because something is difficult does not mean that it is impossible. In fact, letting go of a broken relationship may be easier than you think, so long as you remember that you can and will move on. When love goes stale, it's only natural for you think that letting go of a broken relationship is all but impossible. However, it's imperative for you to realize one very important thing. There is one key word in the process of letting go of a broken relationship. And in case you cannot already tell, that key word is "broken." Now let's take a moment to consider the meaning of the word "broken." In some cases, that word can mean that two or more pieces of a whole were forcibly separated. Broken can also refer to something that was weakened as is the case with a broken spirit. A final definition for the word "broken" is something that simply doesn't work properly, such as a broken television. And forgive me if I sound like a broken record, but letting go of a broken relationship should be much easier once you come to terms with the fact that your relationship fell into all categories of that definition. Your relationship simply didn't work.
So while you're going through the motions of letting go of a broken relationship, try to think of the things that make your relationship break. Was your ex unfaithful, overpowering, or unloving?
